After many years of the big smoke, Sue relocated to Tasmania start fresh with her husband, Tom, in the clear airs of Tasmania. With a new lifestyle, new air to breathe and exciting new kimchi bottles to share with Australia, Sue is a hard-working proud mother who exerts passion, knowledge and attention to detail to deliver KimchiMe from country Tassie to you.

We are focusing clearly state the mission of Jardam Organic Farming Practice. This should succinctly express the organization’s purpose and it’s commitment to promoting sustainable agriculture through organic farming techniques.

We are committed to cultivating a sustainable and harmonious relationship between humans and the land. Nestled amidst the serene landscapes, our garden stands as a testament to our unwavering dedication to organic principles, environmental stewardship, and community engagement.
