The class will be facilitated in Highfield House the most iconic place in Stanley that is included Highfield House Tour .
The class duration 2.5 hours start from cutting, washing & salt brine, preparing kimchi sauce, mixing, and bottling.
You will be taking small jar of kimchi after the kimchi class day that also included tasting products, light Korean meal.
